I started playing sports young, hockey at the age of 3 and continued to play competitively all throughout University until I finally made the big leagues - Sunday Night Beer League. I am an avid golfer in the summer and hold the Grit-Fit Golf Championship Title. I didn't start the gym until I was in my early 20's. I dabbled in conventional gyms for a while, doing very basic movements, and finding excuses to skip leg day. 10 years ago I found my passion, Crossfit and have been hooked ever since. With Crossfit, I have gotten leaner, stronger, fast on the ice and can absolutely crush a golf ball now. The diversity of the exercises and more specifically the challenges of technical aspects are what I look forward to bring to Grit-Fit.

I love seeing each individual's progression and how fast it can happen with proper coaching and exercise prescription. That coupled with a positive community environment is a recipe for success. Having a technical background I enjoy the challenge of mentoring individuals on new movements that they may have never considered on their own.
