Personal Trainer
Growing up in a house full of boys, I was always on the move. As one of the younger ones, I was constantly trying to keep up—usually thrown in the net during street hockey, taking all the slapshots. That energy, that grit, that drive to push myself—that’s where it all started.
In school, I played soccer, hockey, and field hockey, and entered every sports competition I could get my hands on. It wasn’t just about showing up—it was about competing, pushing limits, and being part of a team. That mindset led me to earn Athlete of the Year, but more importantly, it shaped my love for movement and challenge.
Now, I coach because I want to share that love of movement with others—especially my kids. I want them to grow up seeing what it looks like to be active, healthy, fit, and strong—not just physically, but mentally. That passion is what led me to Grit-Fit. It gave me the space to take everything I’ve learned and pour it into my community.
I’ve always loved being active—but now I’m motivated by something bigger: helping others find their strength, too. And the fact that Grit-Fit is right here in Dutton, surrounded by the people and community I care so much about? That makes it even better.
